The Sims 4: 10 Past Features EA Should’ve Never Taken Out
1. The Series' Identity
It's been debated that The Sims 4 is a game that's "new and improved" for a "new and improved" generation, and that it isn't in fact a sequel to the Sims games we all know and love at all. It's been reinvented for a new stream of gamers, coming across as something completely different than that which went before.
Then why is it called "The Sims 4"?
If that were the case, then EA should have called the game something else, given it a new look and a new name altogether. Perhaps "The Sims: Fresh Start" or "The Sims: For The 2010 Generation" would have been better suited.
Players who have been devoted fans of the game since its initial release are deeply disappointed with many of the so-called "improvements", and they demand an answer as to why so many changes have been made, but Maxis and EA are sticking quite firmly to their "silence policy" whenever asked about it.
Perhaps they will save the game with their expansions if any parts of them are worth writing home about... but don't get your hopes up about any EA DLC being that worthwhile.
