The Witcher 3: 10 Best Side Quests You Must Complete

5. A Portrait Of The Witcher As An Old Man (Blood & Wine)

The Witcher 3 Portrait
CD Projekt Red

As probably the silliest quest in the game or DLC, A Portrait of the Witcher as an Old Man finds Geralt as the unlikely subject of a painter's new portrait. After meeting the painter near the Duchess' statues at the palace, Geralt will be tasked with finding the artist's paints for him.

After this the Witcher will follow his new friend to one of Toussaint's most picturesque spots to strike a hero's pose for the new portrait. Here you'll have the option of three different poses, depending on your tastes, but it's really tough to look past the reclining, relaxed hero above, isn't it?

When the portrait is done you can visit the market and see the thing on sale for Toussaint's many punters. Admittedly there's probably only a very limited audience for such a piece, but this quest will appeal to all parties. It's easy to forget just how funny CD Projekt Red can be, but this quest is a fantastic reminder.
