9. The Game Has 36 Endings
The amount of choices given throughout the Witcher 3 is just one of the reasons it is so well-loved. Side-quests are bountiful, and many of them directly affect the main quest lines as well. Making choices as Geralt changes the outcome of the story vastly, but how many times exactly can the story be changed?
36 times, that’s how many. Unfortunately, players are not presented with 36 individual ending cutscenes (of which there are only three), but instead many of these endings come in the form of small changes to the game’s world at the end.
Completionists may grind their teeth at this. Trying to 100% a game, that clocks in at around 70 hours per gameplay, 36 individual times? No thank you.
