The Witcher 4: 5 Ways To Do The Perfect Sequel
2. The Golden Age Of Witchers
Centuries before the events of the games, humanity began to settle in a world overrun by monsters, and thus, they created witchers. How cool would it be to witness the beginnings of the famed monster slayers?
Character customization and witcher don't usually go in the same sentence; but what if CDPR made a game set in those archaic times? Players would be able to, at the very least, chose the school their witcher comes from, with each choice bringing its own perks and storyline. Discovering early human civilization on the Continent as one of the first witchers and setting the foundations for future generations of mutated monster hunters would make quite the adventure.
There is no limit to the creative freedom the developers would have on this, save for a few established details of the game world's history. Its lore runs deep and CDPR doesn't lack the ambition or imagination to mine it.
