THIS Is The Perfect Red Dead Movie

5. The Plot

Even though we're not dipping into the John/Arthur/Dutch/Charles/Landon Ricketts pool, we'd still like to see a familiar character or two, right? Well how about three?

At the end of the first game, when Jack is all grown up, we see in the newspaper that Abraham Reyes - the character John helped overthrow the Mexican government - has become a dictator, himself. The film could be set in Nuevo Paraiso (and territories further south), with a tyrannical Reyes as the main antagonist.

At the end of RDR2, Sadie indicated that she may go off to South America, where she'd run protection for a gold mine and fall in love with a revolutionary. The film could find her in Mexico, somehow tied up in a power struggle between Reyes' government and a burgeoning revolution.

And then there's Jack.

In 1914, Jack Marston went down the path that John and Arthur both gave their lives to save him from. He killed Edgar Ross and became an outlaw. Could Jack - now a wanted man - find himself on the lam in Mexico? Could Sadie - who lived with him and his family in his youth - be the one to help him find redemption?

Now, the cast...
