UFC 4 Reveal: 10 Things We Want To See

5. Some Info On Fight Kits

EA Sports UFC 4
Reebok

Back in the day, regulations on UFC uniforms were pretty much nonexistent. As long as you were in compliance with the presiding athletic commission's guidelines you could have whatever you wanted on your shorts, or even not opt for shorts at all.

(Just to make clear, we here at WhatCulture categorically do not want Dennis Hallman style speedos to be included in UFC 4)

That all changed in 2015 when the promotion signed a deal with Reebok to homogenise what fighters wore in the Octagon. However, the polarising Reebok deal is now nearing its end, with Dana White announcing that the UFC will sign with a different apparel company at the end of this year.

So, what does this mean for UFC 4? Well, it seems unlikely that the promotion is going to want to have Reebok branding all over the new game when the conclusion of the deal is imminent. With that in mind, it seems likely that the game's reveal will provide the first real hint regarding the new UFC uniforms.
