Wonder Woman: Circle Of Light - 12 Leaked Details You're Not Supposed To Know
7. There'll Be More RPG Elements
In previous Arkham titles, the way players upgraded Batman involved levelling up and acquiring new combat moves, gadgets and stat increases. It didn't offer the most robust sense of progression ever, but by the time each Arkham game drew to a close, players felt like they really were the Dark Knight, with their proficiency in combat reflected by the wear and tear the suit developed over the course of each title's respective story.
Montreal, ostensibly, are taking things one step further with Wonder Woman. Instead of just one single upgradable tree, the game will include three - each focusing on one particular weapon.
There'll be an upgradable lasso for those who prefer a more traditional approach to combat, a tree based solely on her sword and shield, and then one based on hand-to-hand combat with Diana's famous bracelets. It all sounds rather fitting, and with the chance for players to hone one particular fighting style, Wonder Woman could yet offer the most nuanced combat experience the Arkham games have ever seen.
