1. IN: John Cena (Retro)
John Cena (Retro) was initially introduced to us in WWE '13. I'm sure many fans were eager to pit off the fan favourite, buddying rapper against the stale, superhero of the WWE as we know him today. Perhaps a clash of styles? Maybe WWE had thrown in a curveball and chucked in the "FU" on the announcer's commentary as opposed to the "AA". No, of course they didn't. The difference between the two is minimal. The retro installment of John Cena has different music, harking back to the days of Basic Thuganomics. He also wears different coloured shoes and armbands. Oh, and he doesn't have the STF as a finisher. That's it. His place on the roster is questionable to say the least. Let's be frank now, we probably all skip the entrances so we can jump straight into the match. Thus, the biggest draw of the retro Cena is instantly nullified. What we're left with is the same character twice, and if you're playing Universe mode, both are likely to crop up in matches together. It's jarring to say the least.
