WWE 2K15: 10 Innovations We Demand To See

1. Create-A-Superstar Overhaul

Simply put, there needs to be some massive changes to Create-a-Superstar. Every year, only a few new items are added to this popular portion of the game, with no real drive to really open up options to make it easier to create intricate characters. Nowadays, if you want a truly good created wrestler of someone with intricate and difficult gear to make like, say, Beth Phoenix; you better hope and pray someone gets on that quick and uploads it to Community Creations. Some of the attires are so outdated and look so ridiculous compared to the actual in-game models; it's quite pathetic. Making a wrestler with a ponytail? Good luck finding a hairstyle that doesn't make him/her look like an Anime character! I'm so happy that I am able to make someone wearing a chicken head, but I can't really do logos on Divas' breasts because the area is heavily censored so immature children don't add nipples to their created women or make them "nude." Explain to me why certain entrance robes are available for men and suddenly not available for women? Also, could we somehow speed up the process of adding lettering to someone's outfit? Aside from the actual creation of the wrestlers, how about having some new custom entrances as well, like Rey Mysterio's old entrance where he vaulted out of the stage? Or what about Chyna's pyro bazooka or Shawn Michaels' zipline entrance from WrestleMania 12? That's the one thing that drove me absolutely nuts in last year's game, all of these amazing WrestleMania entrances, and you weren't able to use any of them for your created wrestlers. Also, the Superstars that had appeared in WWE '13, DLC included, all had their entrances available in 2k14, whereas the Divas that were no longer present, had none of their entrances included (incidentally, Melina's old entrance was suddenly missing her paparazzi, but the paparazzi were present for the old MNM stable entrance). The names available for commentary are abysmal as well; names like Youngblood and The Princess are available but not a regular name like Tommy or Adam or something? Interesting. While Create-a-Superstar is the most popular feature in WWE's video games, the mode is a classic case of "the more things change, the more they stay the same". In a series that's seen changes with every mode across the board, almost every year, Create-a-Superstar has remained virtually the same, and it's the one thing that needs a major face-lift to make it refreshing again.
