WWE 2K15: 12 Stars Who Should Be On The Cover

4. D-Generation X

D-Generation X, and in particular Triple H and Shawn Michaels, were fan favourites throughout their time on WWE, as seen when the group had several on-air reformations throughout the years: they are not only popular, but they were the story-line embodiment of the WWE taking it to WCW, through a series of on-air skits. They would feature prominently in a Monday Night Wars feature in the game and are worthy cover stars for 2K15. Triple H and Michaels were both the cover stars together on WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2009 but there is precedent for repeat appearances: John Cena was featured as the cover star on Smackdown vs. Raw 2008, 2010 and 2011. With Triple H starring on WWE television as head of The Authority and sporadically wrestling again, facing up against Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania 30, he is prominent enough to star on the cover. Putting him alongside his DX partner makes sense if a Monday Night Wars feature appears in the game. And maybe HHH will decide in his loftier role in the company to give himself some more love...
