2. Perform Character-Specific Run Ins

The promo system has been rightly bashed in reviews for failing to capture the presence of WWE's top stars. Brock Lesnar, for example, dances around like he's Rich Swann, and his promos lack the beast-like aura the real man does when he appears on Raw. It's a good thing then that 2K paid attention to individual characteristics elsewhere.

Run ins have been brought to life by unique animation cycles for names like Bray Wyatt and The Undertaker. That creepy crab walk of Wyatt's is now in the game, paralysing victims with fear before Bray smashes them with his Sister Abigail finisher. The lights even go out to add to the atmosphere, and it's the same when 'Taker appears out of nowhere too.

Keep your eyes open for other character-specific run ins, because there's bound to be a few more players haven't discovered yet. If only Universe Mode was a little more fully-fleshed, moments like these would help it come to life. Maybe next year.
