WWE 2K19 Roster Reveal: 5 Things You Need To Know
3. Dean Ambrose Has His Old Look
Unless 2K19 includes the option to take superstars to the nearest barber shop and work them like dogs in the gym, then you'll be playing as old Dean Ambrose, not the super-jacked makeover-man who recently burst back onto the scene. His in-game menu pose graphic shows that old grey vest and a familiar mop haircut he's since had lopped off.
This is ever-so-slightly disappointing, and it probably means Dean's 2K19 model will be out of date at launch.
In fairness to 2K, they've got to have a cut off point where they stop updating characters. This is just a case of bad timing; Ambrose, out injured since late-2017, spent some serious time with the weight bench and didn't exactly post a lot of pics showing his progress (he's not one for social media). That must have made it difficult for 2K's artists to keep track and make the necessary changes.
Oh well, ready yourself to hit Community Creations when those '2018 Dean Ambrose' tweaks start hitting the market. At least that option is there for those who can't stand Deano's (lunatic) fringe getting in the way.
