WWE 2K20: 10 Most Wanted New Features

2. A Female Showcase

Speaking of which.

There's a fair chance that women will headline WrestleMania this year, meaning 2K must deliver greater spotlight on females, or certainly a product that doesn't ostracise equality. 2K19's Daniel Bryan Showcase was a deep dive on the then-beloved babyface's career, and it took everything from enhancement talent matches to heel domination and face vindication into account.

A look at WWE's female ranks reveals several journeys that have the same number of twists and turns. Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks and Asuka, to name a few, can all boast a rich recent history and a jam-packed schedule in a relatively short time. Alternatively, there's Ronda Rousey and her jump from MMA to wrestling that'd make for a gripping narrative.

If none of them get 2K's creative juices flowing, then they could easily dip into history and provide a fully-fleshed documentary-style expose on how the work of Alundra Blayze, Trish Stratus, Chyna and Lita laid the groundwork for female successes to come.
