2. Some Character Models Are Downright Awful

Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll have spotted some of the laughable 2K20 character models kicking around on social media. Some of the worst offenders take pride of place in the grid above, and it's shocking to think they're deemed acceptable in 2019.

Dusty Rhodes doesn't look like the 'American Dream', Ronda Rousey looks low-res, Ricochet's head is a weird shape and everyone has a strange cross-eyed thing going on. It's like Yuke's disappeared, took most of their graphical work with them and 2K had to scramble to create some knock-off versions at the last minute.

Everything screams rush job.

Anyone who buys their games because the graphics look pretty will turn away with disgust at some of the work in 2K20. To be blunt, it's a poorer-looking game overall than 2K19 was. That'll be a deal-breaker for a portion of the target audience.
