9. MyCareer Is Approx 20 Hours Long

In terms of length, 2K20's MyCareer comes in at around 20 hours in total. That's obviously dependent on how quickly you race through things, or how many cutscenes you can stomach. The mode's 18 chapters (or approx 100 matches and fight sequences, if you'd rather look at that way) are generous.

There's a similar comedic tone to last year running through things too. It'd be remiss not to point out that female MyPlayers are available for the first time in series history (about time), and there's a buddy cop-like narrative that ties everything together. That's not going to be enough for some.

The long and short of it is that you're not going to enjoy 2K20's MyCareer story if you didn't like 2K19's one.

Those who did get a lot of out MyCareer's jump from genericism to focused storytelling will enjoy it. If another helping of WWE-style comedy laced with the kind of light-hearted banter 2K's NBA franchise is known for sounds good to you, then this is a big plus.
