At times, 2K20 looked like a PS3 or mid-Xbox 360 era title. It was so jagged round the edges that one feared they might cut their eyeballs just by looking at it, and that's unacceptable for a game promoted as "the best looking WWE video game ever". He was wrong. Obviously.
Come 2K22, fans deserve something special. Both the PS5 and Xbox Series X will have been on the market for almost a full year by the time the game launches in late-2021 - if it looks anything like 2K20 did, then forget it. It'll be right back to the drawing board for 2K, and that'd be another nightmare.
Every single wrestler has to sparkle and shine in 2K22. If the artists have trouble coping with the number of workers on disc, then 2K and VC should stop obsessing over "the biggest roster ever" and focus more on quality over quantity.
