WWE 2K22: 10 Things They Must Get Right

9. Communication With Customers

Once 2K22 becomes reality, the company must take a long and hard look at their communication efforts with fans purchasing the game too. They're in real danger of becoming EA here. You know, a cash-rich developer who doesn't give a flying toss what those cattle feeding the machine have to say.

That's a risky game to play.

To be blunt, 2K's approach here has been woeful. They've directly ignored countless criticisms about 2K20, released patches that didn't sort many of the title's major problems and only popped up on social media to smear PR spin when the official Twitter account was hacked.

There are people who have been buying these games since they were children, and those folks deserve a bit more respect. Before 2K22 is even released, 2K and VC need to lay out exactly what they're hoping to achieve and keep fans in the loop throughout the entire development cycle.
