7. Make A Campfire & Cook Certain Things Anywhere

Speaking of finding pots to cook in, you actually don't need to seek them out to create some foodstuffs.

Firstly, to make a campfire anywhere, cut down a tree and strike it again to make firewood. Hop into your inventory, 'hold' the wood and place it where you want your fire to be, then use a fire arrow, fire-weapon or torch to ignite it.

From here, sans the pot, you can still just throw raw meat onto the fire and it'll cook. Just be aware that it happens much faster and you'll have to hit A to pick it back up, lest you end up with charred steak instead.
