4. Todd Duffee vs. Anthony Hamilton
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmQVCojFiTs Weight Class: Heavyweight Here is where we really need to start talking about ring rust. Todd Duffee (82) was set to be the next big thing at heavyweight in the UFC. He captured the fastest knockout in UFC heavyweight history. Then he lost to Mike Russow and despite being 1-1, he was cut. Word was, it was an attitude issue. The UFC tends to forgive and forget when there's money to be made of course, so in 2012 he was brought back. He picked up a win over Phil De Fries at UFC 155 in December 2012 - and then nothing. Duffee was felled not by a foe but by illness, and it kept him out of active competition until now. Duffee was diagnosed with ParsonageTurner syndrome, which involves acute sudden onset pain in the arm and shoulder - not something that really allows you to train or fight properly. Duffee's return shows heart and perseverance, but being gone so long will hurt him. His opponent, Anthony Hamilton (13-3), is 1-1 in the promotion, coming off a win over Ruan Potts of South Africa. Potts turned out to be something of a bust in the UFC, and his previous opponent, Oleksiy Oliynyk, dispatched him with little trouble. Duffee is really on a higher level if he's healthy and at his full potential - so here's where the ring rust comes into play. How will Duffee react after almost two years away? He has been training for months, so there's a good chance he's in shape and up to the challenge. We're calling Duffee by KO in the first - but it's a gamble.
