4 Reasons Why Andy Carroll Should Stay At Liverpool

4. Who would replace him?

http://youtu.be/X9OJ8789i2A If he goes, the biggest question is who would Liverpool aim to buy in that position of greater quality? We know that Craig Bellamy is more of an impact player nowadays than a man who can play 90 minutes in every game and Liverpool don't have the strength in depth in their existing arsenal. Perhaps Sterling or one of the other academy graduates could fill in, but that again is an unknown with the younger players largely untested at senior level. With Liverpool not playing Champions League football once again, they will find it hard to compete for top drawer players so filling the void left by the big man would seem very difficult indeed. So, should Rodgers look to cash in and recoup whatever he can or give the big guy another chance? I believe it should be the latter. What do you think? Tell us below in the comments.
