5 Last-Minute Fantasy Premier League Tips 2019/20

2. Penalties Will Be Key

With the new rule that any handball is now a handball - accidental handball no longer being a thing - it means that the prospect of free-kicks and penalties are even higher than usual.

For this season and beyond, any time that the ball strike's somebody's arm, the referee's whistle will blow.

It's clearly always good to have a penalty taker or two in your Fantasy Football team, but this season it would be well advised to go hard on getting as many penalty takers in your side as possible - particularly in the early months of the 2019/20 Premier League campaign as players get used to this new rule.

For the first few months of the season, logic would dictate that we'll see more penalty kicks than normal. As such, penalty takers are going to be even more key than normal.

On the flip side of this, of course, those goalkeepers famed for their penalty-saving abilities could also offer up the possibility of some high points returns.
