5 Last-Minute Fantasy Premier League Tips 2019/20
1. Avoid Doubling Up
At rare times, having two or three players from the same club in the same section of your team can work brilliantly, but for the most part you should be looking to avoid doing this as you look to get the best out of your 2019/20 Fantasy Football side.
Simply put, having two defenders from the same club isn't worth the risk. Sure, the potential rewards could be a couple of clean sheets and maybe some bonus points, but it only takes one goal to be conceded before your looking at a poor points tally for two of your starting XI.
Likewise, it's usually best to avoid doubling up in midfield or attack with players from the same club - particularly given the sheer volume of midfield and attacking players on the books of most clubs these days, which makes it harder to know who's going to be starting.
Taking a risk in Fantasy Football is always encouraged, yet risking two defenders, two midfielders, or two attackers from any one club is just a risk that's not worth taking in a long-term sense. And remember, Fantasy is all about the long-term.
By all means, go crazy and have the maximum allowance of three players from one team - but just spread those three players across your goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, and attacker options.
