4. Federico Macheda vs Aston Villa (2009)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WT8gIJ5_354 An incredible story, typical of Manchester United. Its not just the turnaround that made this game stand out but the audacity of Sir Alex Ferguson to bring on a young Federico Macheda, only 17 at the time, and for him grab the winner as United looked likely to drop points to Liverpool. The game had started brightly for United as Cristiano Ronaldo smashed them in front from an indirect free-kick but headers from John Carew and Gabby Agbonlahor pegged the champions back. After Ronaldos long range effort brought Manchester United level, Macheda unleashed a curling effort that gave United a valuable three points and put him in United folklore forever.
