Like Wijnaldum, Ayoze Perez is another one Newcastle may struggle to hold on to in the long-term. The 23-year-old hasn't exactly lit the Premier League on fire since his arrival on Tyneside back in 2014, but he has shown a lot of promise to get Magpies fans excited (and there isn't much doing that these days). He's someone who likes to get on the ball and dribble, and if he can turn that into a consistent end product in 2016 then he'll have a big year ahead of him.
