6 Main Card Predictions For UFC Fight Night: Edgar vs. Swanson

4. Jared Rosholt vs. Oleksiy Oliynyk

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQ8FVQncHiQ Weight Class: Heavyweight When it comes to the heavyweight division, putting together a win streak past two is something of a feat. One punch can change everything for the big guys after all. Thus Jared Rosholt's three-fight streak is pretty impressive, even if it's against lower-level competition outside of Soa Palelei - and that's just in the UFC. Rosholt (11€“1) is actually on a seven fight streak overall, and looks to make it eight, four under the UFC banner, against the Boa Constrictor Oleksiy Oliynyk (49€“9€“1). Oliynyk has an insane amount of experience for a UFC rookie - he made his UFC debut with over 50 fights and claimed he wasn't even aware of the UFC earlier in his career. It was really a win over Mirko Cro-Cop last year that put him on the promotion's radar, and he choked out Anthony Hamilton in his debut this past June. This is a dangerous fight for Rosholt, a standout wrestler who will look to take things to the mat nine times out of ten (exactly how he put away the heavy-handed Palelei). Olinyk's nickname is well earned, as he has forty submission wins. Forty! Rosholt, despite a solid record in the UFC, has yet to crack the top fifteen, and his style has been criticized as boring, which may be the reason behind the rankings snub. It seems like the UFC is giving him a stylistic nightmare to really test him, but he should be able to overcome this. He may opt to keep thie fight standing, and has shown to have a durable chin so far in this career. Rosholt takes this one by TKO in the second, avoiding the ground game of Olinyk.
