6. Dennis Hallman
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c329XLKiBNw To some, Dennis Hallman is "that guy who wore a speedo in a UFC fight." That incident forced the UFC to bring in rules on fighter apparel, something that hadn't really considered up until that point. However, to fight fans, Hallman is a wily veteran who has been in the game a long time. He has two wins, both under a minute, over UFC legend Matt Hughes. He has wins over Karo Parisyan, Ben Saunders, once fought for the UFC lightweight championship, and has over fifty professional wins. During his last UFC stint he was released after missing weight twice. The startling thing about Hallman being involved in the class action suit against the UFC is that when he was last released from the UFC, he was paid both his show and win money for a fight that never happened, because he was facing personal issues and the promotion wanted to help out. In Hallman's own words to MMAFighting;
Dana gave me my show and win pay to help me deal with the mountain in front of me. Now I have to go make weight a couple times on the regional circuit. Ill be back to the UFC though, I always am. Im having some personal issues at home. Im not fit to fight. I told Dana what my issues were. He understands family matters, and he was cool with me not fighting.
