The former Southampton youngster has largely failed to live up to his huge potential at Arsenal. Tipped as one of the stars of the future before his move to North London in 2011, the Ox has found himself a bit-part player in recent years, with an inability to hold down a starting berth.
Although he's still an England squad player - his versatility helping him receive regular call-ups - the midfielder's time at the Gunners has gone stale. Still only 23-years-old, a move could reignite his potential and a move to the current champions could be just what he needs.
With Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool showing an interest, Chelsea would face competition for his signature. However, the Ox could be open to a move to Conte's side in order to stay in the capital.
