5. Romelu Lukaku
Technically not a new signing, but Lukaku is certainly worth bringing back after the season he is having on loan at West Bromwich Albion. The more he plays the more he reminds me of a certain Didier Drogba: he is technically very good, has good physical strength and fitness, and has showed he can cut it at the top level with some of his performances this season. Take Monday night against Liverpool for example, where he shrugged Daniel Agger, who by the way is one of the better defenders in the Premier League, completley out of the way, to bury an effort with his supposedly weaker right foot. He recently
told the Mail that he wants to become a legend at Stamford Bridge, and if Torres was to depart it may well set the stage for this young Belgian international to lead Chelsea's line. He suits Chelsea's style of play, which it is evidently a step up from Torres, so although he may only be 19 years of age, it might not be to much to ask for Lukaku to be the main man at Chelsea.
