Few players put in a harder graft than Scottish trojan Steven Naismith, but the devastating form of Lukaku and Ross Barkley are keeping the ex-Rangers man on the fringe of the Everton first team. The Scotland international has put in more than 100 appearances for the Blues since crossing the border in 2012, but reports suggest that he wont be making many more. Norwich City are the favourites to snap up the attacking midfielder to the tune of £8 million, a deal that looks set to be completed during the winter transfer window.
