You'd have to have been under a rock to not have heard about Tielemans by now. The Belgian teenager has been sought-after by almost every big club in Europe, and for good reason. Though only currently 76 overall, the central-midfielder is part of a small club than can boast 90+ potential. Within a matter of years, Tielemans becomes a midfield general. His shooting stats are ridiculous, as are his passing. Snap him up as early as possible, as his value will only sky-rocket with time.
