Again Jesse Lingard isn't short of quality but he's a player that never seems likely to break into United's first team and, like Hernandez, it would be detrimental to his career to stay at United. The attacking midfielder has played on loan at Leicester City, Birmingham City, Brighton and Hove Albion and now Derby County and at the age of 22 it seems he should make a permanent move to a club to fully establish himself.
