Look away now, 49ers fans; this isn't going to be pretty. San Francisco are falling, and even could wind up being the biggest flops of the season unless they pull together and punch ABOVE their weight, with a nervy off-season hardly inspiring much confidence. Coach Jim Harbaugh was first out of the door, followed by the shock retirements of linebacker duo Patrick Willis and Chris Borland, while iconic running back Frank Gore and wide receiver Michael Crabtree both moved on. They've been depleted, and have failed to fully deal with their problems. There's still some talent there, but it's scattered. Things aren't looking good for the Niners. 2015 Record: 5-11 (4th in NFC West)
