Norwich City Transfers: 5 Attacking Midfielders To Replace Wes Hoolahan

2. Carlos Vela (Real Sociedad)

My next option of Real Sociedad€™s Carlos Vela is a rather controversial one. Premier League fans may remember that we have seen Vela in the Premier League before with Arsenal, but it was a bit of disaster to say the least. Nevertheless, many people saw the Mexican as a player with immense talent that maybe just didn€™t have the right mentality to play at the real top level of the league, but if he were to move to Norwich it might just prove to be a move that would suit him. It€™s worth noting that the player is now more experienced, and may have matured enough to see a different player this time around. Vela won 35 caps, scoring 11 goals for Mexico between 2007 and 2011, and has now also being playing regular football in La Liga. This season€™s form has seen the player score eight goals and provide eight assists. Further stats on him include 2.2 shots, 2.5 key passes and 1.5 dribbles as well as an average rating of 7.5 from his 18 league appearances this season.
