Premier League Transfers: 10 Underrated Players Who Should Move Clubs
4. Arthur Masuaku (West Ham)
The perfect example of the modern wing-back, West Ham's Arthur Masuaku provides a composed presence at the back, timing his tackles and interceptions smartly, while also possessing the sort of fancy foot work and long-range shooting skills that wouldn't look out of place on a top class winger.
After a difficult first season in which he clearly needed some time to adjust to the standards and pace of the Premier League, the 24-year-old started to shine. He appeared in 27 Premier League games last season, contributing 3 assists in the process and leaving a lot of good defenders dazed and dazzled in his wake after dribbling his way past them.
The French-born full-back was one of West Ham's better players over the last year and gives the London side a real attacking threat down the left wing, never afraid to rush forward and ping in some dangerous passes and crosses for his teammates. With Manuel Pellegrini taking over at West Ham and being well-known for his attacking brand of football, Masuaku should shine even brighter in the months to come and could earn a move to a bigger team next summer.
