Rangers Transfers: 9 New Signings Fans Should Be Excited For

3. Graham Dorrans

Rangers fans would really start willing the season to start if Graham Dorrans was announced as a fresh signing. The club have already had an offer just shy of £1 million rebuffed by Norwich City, but Pedro Caixinha is expected to test Norwich's resolve with an improved bid soon.

Should Gers capture boyhood fan Dorrans, it'd be viewed as a real coup. The midfielder would be a shrewd capture for Caixinha, knows the club having grown up supporting it during the 1990's and has experience at a top level with sides like West Brom and Norwich in the Premier League and Championship.

Dorrans is precisely the kind of commanding midfield presence with touches of flare that Rangers have been searching for since the days of Barry Ferguson. If he's willing to move back home from England, the Scot may just rekindle his career at Ibrox.

Rangers fans would welcome him, that's for sure.
