Unfortunately, when up against the very best, she has faltered, losing to Carla Esparza for the inaugural Invicta strawweight championship in 2013 in a great fight that went all three rounds and wound up being a unanimous decision against her. Rawling's last fight was also a decision loss to Mizuki Inoue, but Inoue is a top 10 fighter herself, and Rawlings has a good chance at taking the TUF 20 crown if she can step up her game a little.
