With an 11-2 record, Penne was the first Invicta atomweight champion, and has fought previously in Bellator as well. Her only loss since 2010 was to the Karate Hottie Michelle Waterson, and she holds wins over Lisa Ellis and Naho Sugiyama. The only question mark for Penne is the quality of competitors she's faced - despite going pro in 2006, there are a number of unknown names on her record, though since joining Invicta she has faced steady competition. Penne definitely has a shot at winning it all, but there are at least a few fighters ahead of her.
