Amber Nicole Miller - UFC octagon girl, Xyience Spokesmodel (yes, spokesmodel is apparently a thing), and girlfriend of Tito Ortiz. Tito, you really traded up on this one. Good on you. Miller first appeared as an octagon girl way back at UFC 40, where Ortiz would also appear - in cage, of course. Well, over a decade later, they're an item, and if you pay any attention to Miller's Twitter feed, well she spends more time fishing that I get to, which makes her pretty darn lucky. She continues to model as well, recently for FilthyMouthClothing.
12. Vanessa Hanson
Vanessa Hanson was winner of the Transworld 2011 UFC model search, earning herself a guest spot as octagon girl at UFC 136 - and she remains a UFC regular to this day, currently gearing up for the filming of The Ultimate Fighter 20 - where she'll be appearing, of course, as an octagon girl, while the women's strawweight division, newly created, will provide the action inside the cage. After winning her guest spot in the UFC through Transworld, she actually appeared several times for Strikeforce, but wound up back in the UFC after Strikeforce was acquired by Zuffa (the UFC's parent company).
11. Ali Sonoma
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rGVW47CEYEw Ali Sonoma was once engaged to UFC fighter Diego Sanchez, and appeared on the fifth season of the television series The Mole - which makes her at least the second UFC octagon girl to have done reality TV. She became an octagon girl way back in 2006 thanks to Maxim's UFC Octagon Girl Search - where she placed second but found work anyway. She appeared first at UFC 66, and was a regular for about a year before leaving the promotion, posting the following message on Myspace: I am no longer a ring girl for UFCI am proud to say I am moving up to bigger and better things. There is always a time when you get comfortable at a jobyou seem to lose focus on what your main goal isI guess I got a little comfortable myself, of course, I loved the fights, loved the experience, but my real dream is to actually speak on camera, to act, not just shake my booty for the crowd. ;-) (even though it was a lot of fun while it lasted and I met some amazing people)
10. Jessica Cambensy

In the octagon, Cambensy was a guest octagon girl for UFC Macao in 2012, joining Kang Ye-Bin.
