9. The Gift Shop
Now, everybody loves a gift shop. But a Doctor Who gift shop - that is something else. A shop filled entirely with Doctor Who Who goodies, everywhere you look! It's probably the best part of the Doctor Who Experience. It's certainly the best section in any geek or sci-fi shop, anyway. But let's take it a step further. It's not just a Doctor Who gift shop. It's a
themed Doctor Who gift shop. Think about it. Autons in the store windows or standing around inside - they've been utilised for Doctor Who exhibitions before, they can be used here. Maybe they can even model Doctor Who clothes? Saunter over to the sweet section, because obviously there would be a sweet section - oh look, it's the Candyman, standing over the abundance of jelly babies and jammy dodgers... Hey, there could be a scarf section! Scarves are really quite important to Doctor Who. Not just the striped delight Tom Baker adorned either, but think of the amount of cravats that have graced the screens over the years, and then there's the bow tie, too! Doctor mannequins modelling their different styles of neckwear. That sounds like a plan. Step inside the TARDIS for the TARDIS-related goodies section. Staff in Doctor Who cosplay. Statues of characters dotted around. The possibilities are endless really. This needs to happen!
