The Hamptons sees the whole gang take a trip to see their friend's baby.

George and Jerry bring their girlfriends, whilst Elaine takes a shine to the baby's doctor who describes her as "breathtaking". She turns out be confused when he also refers to the baby as "breathtaking".

Whilst George is out, his girlfriend Jane goes topless whilst sunbathing and he becomes jealous that the others have seen her before he does. Things get worse for George when Jerry's girlfriend Rachel walks in on him changing after being in the pool. She laughs after seeing him naked and tells Jane about what she saw, causing Jane to decide to leave.

Kramer discovers a lobster trap at the beach and brings the lobsters back to the house for dinner. Unfortunately, he doesn't realise that these animals are for commercial purposes and that it's illegal for him to take them.

Some of the best Seinfeld episodes are ones where the whole gang are thrust together in a situation. The Hamptons has typical George scenarios where things just don't seem to go his way, and he has one set back after another. Jerry generally goes with the flow, and Elaine is stuck trying to work out just what's going on with the guy she's interested in.

This episode is a little lacking in Kramer but his capers provide the catalyst for the ending of the offering.
