9. Mandy Moore
During her early 00s rise to fame, singer and actress Mandy Moore turned up for two episodes of Scrubs as Julie Quinn, the girlfriend of J.D during season five. Portrayed as ditzy, accident prone and adventurous, Julie was a great love interest for J.D, and Moore ended up giving a memorable performance as the lovable geek.
Unfortunately, Moore's stint on the show didn't last too long, leaving after season five's "My Half-Acre" when J.D realised (for the first time in his life) that he wanted a serious relationship.
Between 1999 and 2020, Moore released seven albums and starred in numerous films, some less successful than others. She had guest spots on How I Met Your Mother and Grey's Anatomy, and currently plays a lead role on the popular drama This Is Us. She also voiced Rapunzel in the Disney film Tangled (2010).
As an added bonus, Julie also came complete with a cameo from Billy Dee Williams, who was revealed to be her godfather.
