2. Lorena Krasiki - True Blood
In True Blood's third season, Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer) is about to be killed by the vampire who turned him many years earlier, Lorena Krasiki (Mariana Klaveno).
Lorena proceeds to slowly torture Bill, but her plan is thwarted when Sookie (Anna Paquin) turns up, giving Bill a precious moment to get the drop on Lorena, throttling her with a chain.
While Bill has her restrained, Sookie grabs a stake and prepares to kill Lorena. Though she tries to use her charms to save her own skin, professing her love for Bill, Sookie pithily retorts, "You wouldn't know love if it kicked you in the fangs!" before driving the stake through her heart.
Lorena then vomits up blood until she explodes into a fountain of gore, thoroughly drenching Bill who was still restraining her.
