3. Vendella And Agnetha (Hotel)
Used as our introduction into the horrors of the Hotel Cortez, Vendella and Agnetha are two ditzy Swedish tourists who want only to see the Fast & The Furious ride at Universal Studios.
However, they’ll be in for an even bigger disappointment than a bad Vin Diesel tie-in when they encounter a body sewn into their bed shortly before being strapped up and drained of their blood for the Hotel’s vampires.
After their initial horrors, they pop back up every now and then, mostly just for the purpose of killing other Hotel guests or getting into weird sexual situations. As is American Horror Story tradition, once someone dies, their sadistic tendencies truly come out.
In short, the girls introduce us to the Hotel initially and give us our first scare of the season. After that though, Vendella and Agnetha’s role could be mostly summed up as “they were there”.
