A show needs to be funny to gain the interest of the audience, simply because: no one likes to watch a boring, monotonous show. However, unlike other shows, How I Met Your Mother focuses on the storyline perfectly, and gives out unusual clues so it hard for the viewers to understand them at first, however, when they find out what they meant, it would all be so easy. The show is full of entertainment, as Barney, Lily, Ted, Marshall and Robin keep us entertained throughout the show, and they also maintain the storyline, which is incredible to witness. How I Met Your Mother is a detailed description of how Ted meets his wife after years and years of humiliating, exciting and somewhat weird experiences, and it is a fun watch for all ages.
