Daredevil: 10 Reasons Wilson Fisk Is The Best MCU Villain

7. He's Ruthless

From dealing with uninvited guests, to the restoration of Hell's Kitchen, Fisk's plans generally include nothing less than complete carnage. Decapitation may be an age old method of execution, but the use of a car door is definitely a Fisk speciality. Likewise his grander schemes don't so much involve rebuilding, as complete decimation and starting again from scratch. While this may be similar in principle to Ultron's plan for humanity, Fisk's stems from his own strongly felt passions rather than skewed logical reasoning.

After being shown how he is perceived by others, through his regimented morning routine, we are finally shown how Fisk sees himself: the 12 year old boy who, as we later discover, brutally killed his own father. Indeed It is no coincidence that his breakfast consists of an omelette when you consider that you can't make one without breaking any eggs.

Violent heroes like Murdock walk a very thin line, but he keeps himself in check by sticking to his own guidelines, which draws the line at taking another's life. Fisk doesn't just cross that line without so much as a second thought, but those who die at his hands personally just go to show that restraint isn't a word in Wilson Fisk's vocabulary. For Ranskahov it was embarrassing him on a date, but for Ben Ulrich it was something a lot more mundane.
