10 Sci-Fi TV Shows You Must Binge-Watch This Fall

When something is so highly anticipated, it's pretty rare for it to live up to the hype, but the truth is that The Mandalorian didn't just live up to its own hype, it exceeded it. Of course, the notion of a Star Wars TV series was always an exciting prospect, and yet it still feels like the grandeur of what we witnessed caught us completely off-guard.

Centering on the titular character, the eight-part first season followed the mysterious Mandalorian (played by the brilliant Pedro Pascal) as the lone bounty hunter crosses paths with the creature that became an internet sensation: Baby Yoda.

With as much care put into it as the Star Wars movies, the Jon Favreau series essentially flows like an eight-part film and it makes for an incredibly immersive experience.

In spite of everything happening right now, the second season will return to screens before the end of the year as it officially wrapped production in March. As a result, we can expect it to grace Disney+ with its presence in October.
