Woll started to learn the piano and took dance classes from a very young age, though when she moved up to high school, her attention switched to acting and she hasn't looked back since then. She racked up ten years of experience starring in stage productions at school all the way up to a New York theatre company, but she moved from east to west in order to gain greater freedom in applying for TV and film roles. Her break came with a small part as a rape victim in the NBC cop show Life, which is headed up by Homeland and Band Of Brothers star Damian Lewis.
