When it comes to women, Ron has a few very specific things he looks for. He likes dark haired women who are strong willed, intelligent and at the top of their professions. If they also love breakfast food, that's a huge bonus. Even more important, they cannot be named Tammy.
He has bad luck with women named Tammy.
If Ron wasn't already married to Xena: Warrior Princess, he would probably be quite interested in good ol' Liz Lemon. But being that they're both married, a relationship is quite unlikely though they would probably end up being solid friends. She would have to drive from New York to visit him as it's unlikely that Ron is driving to New York.
Ron and Liz would bond over their love of eating horrific amounts of food in one sitting. Liz is famous for folding up an extra large pizza and shotgunning the whole thing. Ron would not only enjoy watching that, he would attempt to match it by eating a record amount of steak. Then, they would eat Cheesy Blasters for desert.
