Simon Pegg and Nick Frost’s new supernatural comedy series
Truth Seekers will not be returning for a second season. The first season debuted
in October of 2020 on Amazon. However, on 11th February 2021, Nick Frost
confirmed via Instagram that the show was ending.
Sadly, Truth Seekers will not be returning for a second season. Truth Seekers has not been renewed, which is a massive kick in the willy for me We really put our all into this – our heart and soul, and blood in some cases — so to not come back is really sad for us. It’s a shame.
The show received mixed to positive reviews, citing it as genuinely eerie though not as funny as previous Pegg and Frost collaborations. It did try, delivering one-liners thick and fast, though its first few episodes take a little too long to find their feet.

stand-alone stories begin to link up as the season goes on, though now there
will only be eight episodes overall.
