1. The Flinstones - The Great Gazoo
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fC6_s3EyLmY The Flinstones was a great show, it has always been. It's a classic cartoon that kids from every time period can have tons of fun watching. However, after 5 successful seasons, they thought they hadn't done enough for the series, so in a moment of sheer stupidity, they decided to introduce The Great Gazoo, a little green alien that only Fred and Barney can see. Yeah, even in a show like The Flinstones, that is way, way too much. He was an alien from another planet who pretty much had the same powers as God; he could travel through time, make some things invisible, change somebody's appearance, you name it. So, what was he doing on Earth? Apparently he was banished from his own planet for creating a device that could destroy the universe with the single push of a button. He wasn't even a smart character. It wasn't a surprise to see that the show was cancelled only a season after his introduction, it was for the best. I mean, who knows what else could have come from that. Enjoy your nightmares for the rest of your life.
